During the pandemic, I explored my life dream of owning and operating a bakery. Having a formal education in Business Administration and Accounting and the passion and experience in baking, I started my business. I operated for two years making desserts for weddings, art shows, birthdays, and special events before ultimately closing the business down due to personal reasons. The whole experience allowed me to stretch my creativity and exercise my management skills, all while doing what I loved and making people happy.
